Exhibitors may set up their table at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort in the Santa Ynez Room on Friday, January 15, beginning at 3 pm.
Each exhibitor will be provided with one (1) 6-foot table, two (2) chairs and a wastebasket.
Your booth must be packed up from Santa Ynez by 5 pm on Sunday, January 17. Shipments being sent on Monday, January 18 must be removed from the San Rafael Room by 10 am.
If you require internet, power or audio equipment for your exhibit during the CANS Annual Meeting, please place your order through Encore. The deadline for orders is Tuesday, January 5.

A standard 120-volt electrical connection will be available for exhibitors at a rate of $120 per day, plus tax and applicable facility fees.
Exhibitors with large machinery or specialized power needs may submit their requirements to our team. Updated pricing will be provided based on the specifications of each request.
